Return Policy

At Best-Batteries we understand that returning or exchanging products can be a frustrating experience, thus do our best to make it easy and hassle-free. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we will readily accept returns or exchange an item purchased in our store within 14 days of receipt.

In order to facilitate the exchange or return process, please contact our customer service and briefly state the reason for the return. Provide us with your order details including the order number and date, your full name, email address and telephone number.

Upon receiving your return/exchange request you will be given a return Authorization Number (RAN) together with detailed return/exchange instructions.

In case you have forgotten to include the RAN or even have not requested it, parcels may not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Note that if you want to return an item or exchange it for another one, the item must be available in the same manner as it was delivered including all the original packaging and accessories.

After we have received and examined the returned merchandise, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days by means of paypal.
